World Breastfeeding Week is coming up August 1st – 7th. In honor of this celebration BABS is happy to announce a nursing bra giveaway. Leave a comment below (one per person, please) for your chance to win the Bravado nursing bra of your choice from the BABS Boutique. The winner will be chosen randomly and announced at the end of World Breastfeeding Week, on August 8, 2012. And the winner, drawn randomly at random.com is: Maggie – “Love the bras! Bloomington’s a great place for babies!”
Win A Gift Certificate
You can also bring your nursing photo by The BABS office for your chance to win one of three gift certificates to the BABS Boutique. Photos will be displayed in the BABS common space and the community will be invited to vote on their favorite photos. Voting slips will be on sale at the front desk for twenty-five cents each. Funds raised from this event will be used to support the Lactation Center at BABS. The top three photos will win gift certificates.
Get Great Swag At The Big Latch On
Come to BABS on August 4, 2012 at 10:00am and help BABS (and women all over the world) break the record for the most women breastfeeding simultaneously! The event will be held at Bloomington Area Birth Services, 2456 South Walnut, on Saturday, August 4th, and the counting will begin at 10:30 a.m. Please arrive at 10:00 a.m. for registration. The first 30 individuals to arrive will receive fabulous swag bags filled with fun stuff for mom and baby! Come promote breastfeeding in our community and meet other breastfeeding moms in the area.
