When you purchase a package of four, eight, twelve or unlimited exercise classes, you get to choose the combination of prenatal and postpartum classes you prefer. Passes are vaild for six months unless otherwise marked.

Prenatal Yoga

Instructor: Allison Distler, Jamie Jackson, & Erica Rubis 
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
Saturdays, 10:00-11:00 am

The ancient art of yoga, as modified for pregnancy, is a safe, effective way to exercise and prepare for labor and birthing. In addition, yoga helps with the common complaints of pregnancy, giving you more energy and increasing your overall sense of well-being. Yoga also teaches breathing and relaxation techniques that become a natural part of your response to stress. These techniques will aid you greatly during labor and birth, and also during your new life as a mother. Classes are on-going; you may join a class at any time. No previous yoga experience is required. Each session provides an opportunity for: gentle stretching, increasing body awareness, sharing tips and ideas for coping with labor and birth, and practicing relaxation techniques. Please wear comfortable clothing. Focus is on body awareness, increasing flexibility, endurance, and learning conscious training techniques.

Postpartum Yoga

Saturdays, 9am
Whether you have your partner or friend take care of the baby for an hour on Monday evenings or bring your little one with you on Thursday afternoons, postpartum yoga can be a great time to relax, get some exercise, and pay attention to your body amidst all the change a new baby brings in your life!

Toddler & Parent Yoga

Tuesdays, 10-10:45am 8/17-9/14
Focus on stretching and moving while having fun! Parent participation expected and aged for 18 mos. to 3 years. $50 or 5 punches on a punch pass. Pregistration required.

Dancing for Birth 

Instructor: Georg'ann Cattelona
Saturdays 11am (Begins Aug 28)
Enjoy yourself while gaining confidence, strength, agility, endurance, and knowledge. Feel better and be prepared for the greatest dance of all-that of birthing your baby.

Belly Dancing

Instructors: Grace MacNeil 
Mondays, 7pm
Bell Dancing is a great way to get exericse and get your body moving whether you're pregnant or have just had a little one! Join Grace MacNeil for Belly Dancing at BABS! 

Pasting Memories: Baby Book Scrapbooking 

Instructor: Tiffany Carmichael
Thursdays, 7pm (no class the 1st Thursdays of the month due to LLL meetings) 
A time for mom and moms-to-be to work on building their baby books or a scrapbooking project of their own. Some materials available for use.

Baby Music Time 

Instructor: Jill Courtney
Wednesdays, 5:30-6pm (begins Sept 1st) 
Experience the joy of making music with your baby in this drop-in music class, taught by a professional music eduacator.
